Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Orders must be placed by 12 pm on the deadline date.
- Free Shipping: 5-7 days, order by Dec 15th.
- UPS® Ground & FedEx Ground shipping: **Ground Service takes at least 4-5 days to reach most of the US. Local deliveries are typically the next day, but volume might cause disruptions. Order by Dec 15th.
- USPS Priority Mail Express & FedEx Express 3-Day, order by Dec 19th.
- FedEx & UPS Next Day Air® shipping: order by Dec 21st.
- FedEx & UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping: order by Dec 20th.
- FedEx & UPS 3 Day Select® shipping: order by Dec 19th.
*Please be aware that neither UPS, FedEx nor USPS guarantee delivery of any type within 7 days of Christmas and offer no refunds for service failures regardless of method or speed.

Orders shipping outside the contiguous US: These orders are shipped via UPS or DHL Express and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS or UPS Ground, orders to Canada ship via UPS Standard.
Express Shipping from Dec 14th – Dec 24th
Please note that USPS, FedEx, and UPS do not guarantee Express Delivery during this timeframe. While we make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner for the holidays, please be aware of possible delays.
Factors such as your location, weather conditions, carrier availability, holidays, and unforeseen events, including pandemics, may affect the carrier's ability to deliver within the expected time frame.
Every attempt will be made to ship Expedited Orders placed before 12:00 a.m. PST on non-holiday business days on the same day, however we can not guarantee this service especially during peak or holiday season. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the 48 Contiguous United States.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, incorrect deliveries, or lost packages. Please consider selecting ROUTE shipping insurance if you have a specific shipping deadline.
We do not offer refunds for missed delivery dates or carrier delays.
