We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs. We take great care to package and promptly ship your order securely.

Preparing Orders for Shipping

Packages are shipped out Monday - Friday via USPS, FedEx, or UPS from our Pennsylvania headquarters. 

Orders received by 1:00 pm EST will typically ship the same day. However, please allow for a maximum of 2-3 days for order shipping. Please note that Overnight shipping requests may not ship on the same day the order was placed.

Shipping Addresses

For shipping addresses, please provide a physical address, as we cannot deliver via FedEx or UPS to a PO Box. Orders with a PO Box "ship to" address will be shipped via USPS.

Optional Shipping Insurance

We have partnered with ROUTE to offer the best delivery experience possible. Route is a package protection and tracking solution that aims to provide the best possible delivery experience for our customers.

Consider adding ROUTE shipping insurance to your order for complete transparency and assistance in tracking your package. Missing or stolen packages can be claimed through ROUTE Claims.

Order Shipping

Once an order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery via USPS usually takes 5-10 business days.

You may have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2-Day or Overnight) at an additional cost.

Estimating Shipping Cost & Tax

The final shipping cost and applicable tax may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You can estimate shipping costs for your location by viewing your cart and entering your shipping zip code to get a complete estimate before checking out.
