Shipping Policy

Here at Sun Valley Alpaca Company we offer several shipping options to meet your needs, and every order is carefully packed and shipped from our Pennsylvania headquarters with the utmost care.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. However, please allow up to 2–3 business days for order processing.
Overnight shipping may not ship the same day, depending on when your order is received.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
You may upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight shipping during checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other unforeseen issues. Once your package has shipped, Sun Valley Alpaca is not responsible for any carrier delays or delivery disruptions.

Shipping Addresses

Please provide a physical address for delivery.
UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is used, your order will ship via USPS.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may require additional shipping fees and have longer delivery times.

Optional Route Shipping Insurance

We’ve partnered with Route to provide added peace of mind with your order.

Route protects your package against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
You can track your package easily through the Route app.
Claims can be filed directly with Route for quick replacements or refunds.

Important: If you choose not to add Route at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Cost & Tax Estimates

Shipping fees and applicable taxes depend on your shipping location and selected shipping method.
To see your estimated shipping cost, simply add your ZIP code during checkout.
