We partner with Route to offer the best delivery experience possible. Route is a package protection and tracking solution that aims to provide the best possible delivery experience for our customers. This is an option for our customers; you may opt out of this service upon checkout.

Route offers two options to improve the experience:

1. Route+

  • Premium package protection for your online orders.
  • Easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Claims for packages marked "delivered" but not received, where there is no evidence of "porch piracy," must be made within 5 to 15 days after the "delivery date." This timeframe ensures thorough investigation for potential misdelivery or locating of the package within the premises.
  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after seven days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
  • Ensures you receive a replacement or full reimbursement.
  • Purchase Route+ at checkout.

Note: that if you choose to return your purchase, the selected ROUTE shipping insurance will not be refunded, as it is a discretionary add-on service completed upon delivery to your requested address.

Claims

Claims for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not yet received must be made five days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not miss-delivered or easily found around the premises." 

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after seven days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
