Important Notes

  • Route is optional and can be removed at checkout.

  • If you decline Route, Sun Valley Alpaca Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse.

  • Route insurance is non-refundable, even if your order is returned.


Filing a Claim with Route

  • For packages marked as “delivered” but not received:
    Submit a claim no sooner than 5 days after the marked delivery date and no later than 15 days. This window helps ensure the package wasn’t misdelivered or left nearby.

  • For lost packages (not marked as delivered):
    Submit a claim after 7 days (or 20 days for international shipments) and within 30 days of the last tracking update.
