U.S. Customers can return new, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days for a refund. Please note that items should not be altered. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy or are determined to be fraudulent.

All returned items must be in their original condition, neatly folded with tags and plastic bags intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for damaged, unsalable, or rolled-up items. 

A return authorization number (RMA number) must be obtained before returning any item. This RMA is to be placed on the exterior of the box. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, unopened or in its original packaging with all tags attached.  Items in less-than-perfect condition or with tags removed will be sent back at the customer's expense. Items must be received at the warehouse within ten days of receiving an RMA number.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team for assistance, and a replacement will be sent.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Gift cards cannot be returned for cash and will be provided as store credit.
  • Gift recipient returns will receive store credit. 
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and review the returned product. Returns should be neatly folded and returned in their plastic bag to avoid snagging or damage during transit.
  • Please ensure that products are returned within 30 days of receipt (or by January 15th for holiday returns) and keep your return tracking number as proof of shipment.
  • For holiday purchases made between November 15th and December 15th, we offer an extended return policy until January 15th of the following year. Items must be received by January 15th. All other purchases are subject to our standard 30-day policy.
  • Returns on orders that received Free Shipping will incur a restocking fee of 10% or $20 of the order total (whichever amount is less). 
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping return costs will be refunded only for merchant errors. Return shipping labels requested will be deducted from the order return.
  • ROUTE shipping insurance is optional and nonrefundable
  • Order service requests for Gift Boxes and gift Wrapping cannot be refunded or credited once provided.
  • Clearance and Final Sale items are not returnable under any circumstance.

Sock Returns

If you want to return any socks, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing them ("tried on" is okay) due to possible bacterial issues.

Final Sale

All sale items ending in $.98 are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Design Rights / Photographs

Due to the "vintage" design of our apparel, if used in any type of production (film, theater, photography, etc.), a licensing and/or restocking fee may apply. Please contact us for production inquiries. 

Return Labels

If you require a pre-paid return shipping label, please request it after submitting your Return Request. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our label (otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs).
