Post-Purchase Address Changes

We kindly ask that you double-check your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order. However, we know mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help if they do!


How to Request an Address Change

If your order has not yet shipped, we’re happy to update your shipping or billing address.

To request a change, please do one of the following as soon as possible:

  • Use our Contact Us form and select "Change Shipping / Billing Address" as your message subject.

  • Or give us a call—our phone number is listed at the bottom of our homepage.


If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your package has already left our warehouse:

  • We may be able to request a redirect through the carrier.

  • A $15.00 carrier redirection fee may apply. This covers the cost passed onto us by the shipping provider.

  • This fee is billed separately, and no charge will be made without your approval.

Please note: Carrier redirection is not always possible once an order is in transit.
