Please ensure that you review your billing and shipping addresses carefully before proceeding with your checkout but we certainly understand that sometimes things happen. We're here to help!

Prior to shipping, we are happy to accommodate changes to your shipping or billing address. 

Request an Address Change

To request an address change for a placed order, please use our Contact Us form and select "Change shipping / billing address" as your message subject.

If your package has already been shipped, a $15.00 change of address fee may be applied for order redirecting with the carrier. This fee covers the cost passed onto us by our shipping providers. Changes to the address will be processed separately from the order payment.

Please note that redirection is not always possible.
