Start Your Return
To begin, please visit our return portal: Start a Return
Submit your request to receive your Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns cannot be accepted without this number.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
Items must be neatly folded and returned in the original plastic bag
Items must not be altered, damaged, or rolled
Once your RMA is issued:
Write the RMA clearly on the outside of your package
Ship your return within 10 days of receiving the RMA
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned at your expense.
Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is not free
If you request a prepaid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund
Orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $20 (whichever is less)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Gift purchases and gift cards are refunded as store credit
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless due to an error on our part
Important Notes
U.S. returns only (we do not accept international returns at this time)
Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Certain items are non-returnable, including Final Sale, clearance items, gift wrap, and used socks
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 15 may be returned through January 15, provided all conditions are met.
