If you have received one of our gift certificates, here's a step-by-step guide to redeeming it with ease.

Step 1: Select Your Products

Choose the alpaca products you'd like to purchase from our online store. You can browse through our categories, and once you have found the desired items, simply click "Add to Cart."

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

Once you have selected all the desired items, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page, then click "Checkout" to proceed.

Step 3: Redeem Your Gift Certificate

In the Payment section, you will find an option labeled "Redeem Gift Certificate." Click on this option, and a box will appear for you to enter the unique gift certificate code.

You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like: Z50-Y6K-COS-402

Enter the code, and click "Apply."

Balance After Gift Certificate

Note: If the total cost of your purchase is more than the gift certificate's value, you'll be prompted to enter additional payment information for the remaining balance. If the total is less, the remaining balance will stay on your gift certificate for future use.
